Raw wood used as a building material, various boards beams, rafters etc.
The thickness, width and length of timber products can vary widely.
The wood can be dried or not dried. The most common in construction – dried (16-20% moisture) wood. Industrially dried wood is stable, withstands heavy loads, much more durable and resistant to bruising, mold and fungi. When using undried construction wood for roof constructions – as it dries, the wood will shrink, deform and rot may occur.
